Damian Pinas secured a first-round knockout victory over Andrey Pulayev at UFC 332 on October 3, 2026. After absorbing an accidental low kick early in the round, Pinas declined an official timeout and pushed forward to engage in the striking exchanges. He ended the contest by landing a sharp combination that featured a right hand, a left, and a decisive uppercut.
Pulayev was rendered unconscious by the final blow, officially concluding the bout via knockout at the 1:15 mark of round one. In his post-fight interview inside the Octagon with Joe Rogan, Pinas stated that he had not even fully warmed up yet prior to earning the stoppage.
