Dan Hooker doesn't think the likes of Charles Oliveira should be involved in a BMF title fight.

UFC lightweight Dan Hooker argued that the promotion ruined the BMF title picture, specifically criticizing Charles Oliveira's involvement and approach against Max Holloway at UFC 326. Hooker contended that the BMF belt was originally intended for fan-friendly, stand-up striking battles rather than grappling-heavy strategies.
Hooker believes fighters like Oliveira do not fit the spirit of the ceremonial title. The remarks come as Hooker prepares for his upcoming matchup against Brian Ortega following a first-round knockout defeat at UFC Paris.
