Dana White holds the United Kingdom responsible for complications in the world of boxing.
UFC CEO Dana White stated that resistance to his expanding involvement in boxing is primarily originating from the United Kingdom. Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua are scheduled to fight on December 11 at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, with Netflix announcing that Dana White and Turki Alalshikh's The Ring will collaborate to promote the bout.
Promoter Eddie Hearn has disputed White's role in the event. Speaking at a Dana White's Contender Series press conference, White dismissed the opposition from traditional promoters as an ego issue, arguing that boxing has declined in the United States and has become centered in the UK.
