Former Bellator fighter Heather Hardy has sued Jake Paul and Most Valuable Promotions over her 2023 boxing rematch against Amanda Serrano.
Former Bellator fighter and professional boxer Heather Hardy has filed a $10 million lawsuit against Jake Paul, Most Valuable Promotions, Bryce Holden, and Holden Boxing. The legal action centers on Hardy's August 2023 boxing rematch against Amanda Serrano, which took place on the Jake Paul versus Nate Diaz fight card.
The complaint accuses Paul and MVP of negligence and exploiting Hardy's financial situation to sanction an unsafe bout. Hardy alleges she suffered a permanent traumatic brain injury resulting in vision issues, memory loss, and cognitive impairments connected directly to the Serrano fight.
