Jon Jones has expressed regret over not being booked for the UFC Freedom 250 card several months after the White House event has taken place.

Jon Jones admitted that missing the historic UFC Freedom 250 White House card remains one of his biggest regrets in life. Speaking during an interview with The Schmo, the former heavyweight champion revealed that he felt he should have participated in the event, despite UFC CEO Dana White previously stating he could not trust Jones to headline the card.
Jones noted that while he has not entirely ruled out a return, his late 2024 third-round TKO defense against Stipe Miocic likely marked his final bout in the Octagon. He has since shifted his focus to mentoring heavyweight Gable Steveson.
