Callum Bisping, the son of Ultimate Fighting Championship Hall of Famer Michael Bisping, has suffered his first defeat in amateur mixed martial arts.
Callum Bisping, the son of UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping, suffered his first amateur MMA loss against John McCain. The 25-year-old was defeated by a second-round technical knockout at the Sundown 2 event in Los Angeles, which dropped his amateur record to 2-1.
Footage of the bout circulated online, prompting fight fans to compare the knockout finish to Michael Bisping's loss against Dan Henderson at UFC 100. Michael has previously shared reservations about his son pursuing professional fighting, but has pledged to support Callum's career choice.
