Carson Hocevar “respects” Ryan Blaney for splitting blame for Bristol incident

Carson Hocevar expressed respect for Ryan Blaney after Blaney called their collision at Bristol Motor Speedway a 50-50 racing incident. The late-race contact on September 19 sent Blaney into the wall, ending his night and sparking a post-race physical fight between the two competitors.

Blaney finished 33rd after leading 202 laps, while Hocevar secured a third-place finish for Spire Motorsports. The result moved Hocevar to eighth in the championship standings heading into the upcoming race at Kansas Speedway.
