Just three more teams need to solidify their driver lineups for the 2027 NTT IndyCar Series season.

Chip Ganassi Racing has finalized its driver lineup for the 2027 IndyCar season by officially signing Christian Lundgaard to a permanent deal. Lundgaard will drive the No. 9 Honda, replacing Scott Dixon, who departs for Arrow McLaren. Lundgaard joins Alex Palou and Kyffin Simpson to complete the team's roster, leaving only three teams with remaining vacancies heading into 2027.
A.J. Foyt Enterprises, Dale Coyne Racing, and Juncos Hollinger Racing are the only outfits yet to complete their lineups. Foyt previously added Dennis Hauger to replace Santino Ferrucci in the No. 14 Chevrolet, but the No. 4 seat remains open. Dale Coyne Racing and Juncos Hollinger Racing both have two open seats to address.
