Kasey Kahne will return to full-time NASCAR competition in 2027, joining Spire Motorsports to drive in the NASCAR Truck Series. Spire Motorsports announced that the 18-time NASCAR Cup Series winner will pilot the No. 77 Chevrolet Silverado RST. His full-time campaign begins on February 19, 2027, at Daytona International Speedway in the season-opening Fresh From Florida 250.

Kahne, who is recognized as one of NASCAR's 75 Greatest Drivers, originally stepped away from NASCAR competition in 2018 due to health issues.
