Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla highlighted the development and growing impact of center Neemias Queta following the team's 109-102 victory against the Milwaukee Bucks on November 4. Mazzulla praised Queta's offensive playmaking, screening, and clutch defensive contributions, noting that the center has significantly improved his consistency since earlier matchups against Detroit, Orlando, and Houston.
Writer Adam Taylor reports that Queta appears to have secured a starting role over offseason acquisition Mitchell Robinson, who has struggled with Boston's pace. Through the opening eight games of the season, Queta has averaged 9.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game while significantly boosting the team's offensive efficiency.
