It sounds like Jaylen Brown was A-okay with going from the Boston Celtics to the Milwaukee Bucks. Doing so would have given him his own team. But the joke is that the feeling wasn't exactly mutual.

Former Celtics player Brian Scalabrine reported on SiriusXM NBA Radio that Jaylen Brown pushed for a trade to Milwaukee after the season. According to writer Matt John, Brown was reportedly receptive to being traded for Giannis Antetokounmpo to lead his own team, but the Milwaukee Bucks rejected Boston's trade package of Brown and draft picks.
John argues that the situation is ironic because Brown sought a primary role but was ultimately traded to Philadelphia. The writer notes Boston refused Milwaukee's higher asking price, with Antetokounmpo eventually being traded to the Miami Heat instead.
