Mitchell Robinson visited his old friends in the Knicks’ locker room before Friday night’s game, but he’s not having any trouble accepting the circumstances that led to him signing with the Celtics this summer, writes Fred Katz of The Athletic.…

Mitchell Robinson reflected on his departure from the New York Knicks and his subsequent move to the Boston Celtics in free agency. Robinson visited his former Knicks teammates ahead of Friday night's game, explaining that there is no bad blood despite New York never making him a contract offer before Boston signed him.
According to Fred Katz of The Athletic, the Knicks avoided re-signing Robinson to stay out of the restrictive second apron. The Celtics have installed Robinson as their starting center, and the team's medical staff aims to build his workload to roughly 25 minutes per game by the playoffs.
