Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen was ruled out of Friday night's game against the Philadelphia 76ers due to a right knee contusion. Allen initially suffered the injury earlier in the week during a matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder and was listed as questionable before being officially downgraded shortly before tipoff.
While there is currently no official timeline for Allen's return, head coach Kenny Atkinson could provide further updates following the contest. Meanwhile, the Cavaliers upgraded Peyton Watson from questionable to available for the matchup.
