Nae'Qwan Tomlin worked on his offensive game this summer, which will help him crack the Cavs rotation.

Cleveland Cavaliers forward Nae'Qwan Tomlin revealed during media day that he focused heavily on improving his jumper and playmaking off the dribble this offseason. Ismail Sy writes that developing as an offensive threat could significantly aid Tomlin's chances of securing regular rotation minutes for the Cavaliers following recent roster departures.
While Tomlin earned NBA minutes last season through his energy, rebounding, and defense, offensive limitations kept him out of the playoff rotation. Head coach Kenny Atkinson noted Tomlin is among up to 13 players competing for rotation spots.
