The Golden State Warriors have ruled out superstar Steph Curry for Sunday's matchup against the LA Clippers at Chase Center. The decision is part of an injury management plan for Curry's right knee during the first game of a back-to-back set. Curry, who has been managing runner's knee, is expected to return to action on Monday against the Phoenix Suns.
Curry is one of five Warriors players ruled out for the contest, joining Draymond Green, Jimmy Butler, Moses Moody, and Kristaps Porzingis on the sidelines. Forward Gui Santos is listed as probable. Golden State enters the game on a three-game winning streak following an NBA Cup comeback victory over the Los Angeles Lakers.
