Steph Curry has already won four NBA championships with the Golden State Warriors, but the veteran superstar still has his sights firmly set on a fifth title.
Stephen Curry stated that winning a fifth NBA championship remains his ultimate motivation with the Golden State Warriors. Speaking to ABC7 News Bay Area, the veteran guard acknowledged that the team faces an uphill battle this season. Curry emphasized that pursuing another title drives his preparation and dedication to the roster despite Golden State not being among the primary favorites.
The Warriors face early-season challenges, including injuries to Jimmy Butler and Kristaps Porzingis. Curry previously signed a two-year, $116 million contract extension, taking an estimated $20 million pay cut from the maximum to assist Golden State's roster flexibility. He averaged 26.6 points per game in 43 appearances last season.
