Detroit Pistons starting center Jalen Duren will remain sidelined for at least two more weeks due to a strained right hamstring. The team announced on Sunday morning that Duren has begun on-court activities as part of his rehab process, with another status update scheduled in two weeks.
Duren initially suffered the hamstring injury during the Pistons' second game of the regular season. In his absence, Detroit has started Paul Reed at center and managed to compile a 4-2 record without the big man.
