Charlotte Hornets second-year guard Kon Knueppel has a left hamstring strain and will be out for at least four weeks before he is reevaluated.

Charlotte Hornets guard Kon Knueppel will miss at least four weeks after suffering a left hamstring strain, the team announced Sunday. Knueppel aggravated the injury just six minutes into his season debut during Wednesday's loss to the Brooklyn Nets, having previously missed the entire preseason and first eight games with the same issue.
In addition, Hornets guard Dennis Schroder has also been diagnosed with a left hamstring strain and is scheduled for reevaluation in two weeks. Knueppel's setback comes as Charlotte struggles through a six-game losing streak following his standout rookie campaign.
