In his third NBA season, Bronny will once again see very limited playing time
Los Angeles Lakers head coach JJ Redick offered a blunt evaluation of third-year guard Bronny James, stating that he has not played well across four preseason games despite having good practices. James recorded just 12 points and committed 11 turnovers during the exhibition contests as the Lakers adjust to a new roster.
Now playing without his father LeBron James on the team, Bronny is facing intense scrutiny regarding his future in Los Angeles. With limited backcourt rotation spots available behind stars Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves, James is expected to see restricted regular-season minutes or another stint with the G League's South Bay Lakers.
