Los Angeles Lakers head coach JJ Redick admitted he is running out of words to describe Luka Doncic following a 53-point outburst against the Portland Trail Blazers. Doncic led a Lakers comeback victory in Emirates NBA Cup Group Play on Friday night, highlighted by a buzzer-beating shot from the opposing free-throw line and a 20-point third quarter.
Through the first 10 games of the season, Doncic is averaging 40.1 points per contest and believes this stretch may be the best of his career. Redick praised the Slovenian guard's unique ability to make extraordinary shots that few others in basketball can replicate.
