Incoming Los Angeles Lakers owners Josh Kushner and Bob Iger are reportedly not expected to purchase the Los Angeles Sparks from Mark Walter. Although the pair discussed acquiring the WNBA franchise, they have chosen not to pursue a deal and will instead focus entirely on the Lakers. Walter is currently moving to divest several sports properties, having already agreed to sell his majority stake in the Lakers and his interest in Chelsea Football Club.
