Bam Adebayo should probably be the last player on the Miami Heat still exuding confidence, but he is.
Miami Heat captain Bam Adebayo responded to critics following the team's 0-4 start to the season, dismissing concerns over his early offensive slump. Adebayo stated he would not overthink his missed shots and warned outside critics to be prepared when the energy shifts, pushing back against being treated as the team's scapegoat.
Writer Michael Saenz notes that Adebayo is averaging under 12 points per game while shooting 17 percent from three-point range. While Saenz questions whether Adebayo can quickly back up his claims alongside Giannis Antetokounmpo, he credits the center for maintaining his confidence.
