Dallas Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg's one-of-one Topps Chrome Update Rookie Debut Patch Autograph card sold for $8.04 million in Fanatics Collect's September Premier Auction. The sale represents the highest price ever achieved for a single-player basketball card. The auction drew 83 bids and concluded after a late surge drove the final price up from $3.5 million.

Graded PSA Gem Mint 10, the card features Flagg's autograph alongside a jersey patch worn during his NBA debut. Flagg was the first overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft and won the 2025-26 Rookie of the Year award. Collector Jason Williams originally acquired the rare card from a $515 livestream card break spot.
