Milwaukee Bucks guard Tyler Herro appeared to take a subtle shot at his former team's famed "Heat Culture" during an appearance on SiriusXM NBA Radio. Herro noted that workouts under new Bucks coach Taylor Jenkins are just as intense, if not more, than those under Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra. When asked if Miami is the only franchise preaching hard work, Herro jokingly replied that was what he was told while playing there.
Herro spent seven seasons with the Miami Heat before being traded to Milwaukee this offseason as part of the blockbuster Giannis Antetokounmpo deal. Meanwhile, Antetokounmpo spoke positively about embracing Miami's culture after arriving with the Heat ahead of the new season.
