Zach Lowe sees the Miami Heat winning plenty of games with Giannis Antetokounmpo, but his assessment leaves room between a successful regular season and a breakthrough at the top of the NBA. Lowe placed Miami’s likely win total between 46…

NBA analyst Zach Lowe projected the Miami Heat will win between 46 and 50 games this season following the addition of Giannis Antetokounmpo. While calling Miami a very good team and praising Antetokounmpo's early preseason play, Lowe expressed skepticism that the roster will exceed the 50-win mark.
Lowe highlighted a lack of pull-up, off-the-dribble perimeter shooting as his primary concern for the offense. Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra is tasked with integrating perimeter options like Klay Thompson and Tim Hardaway Jr. alongside the frontcourt pairing of Antetokounmpo and Bam Adebayo.
