Kel’el Ware has thrown a wrench into Kyle Kuzma being Bucks’ runaway starter

Behind the Buck Pass writer Dalton Sell argues that Kel'el Ware has emerged as a strong contender to start at power forward for the Milwaukee Bucks over Kyle Kuzma. After Kuzma started the preseason opener, head coach Taylor Jenkins tested Ware at the position alongside center Myles Turner in game two, creating an effective and imposing frontcourt pairing on both ends of the floor.

Sell highlights Ware's impressive preseason performance, noting that he is averaging 16 points and leading the team with 12 rebounds per contest through two games. In contrast to Kuzma's one-point showing in the opener, the writer believes Ware's strong rebounding and defense could convince Jenkins to maintain an unorthodox two-center starting lineup.
