Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Doncic is off to one of the most dominant statistical starts in NBA history, the league has announced.

The NBA announced that Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Doncic made league history during Sunday's 131-125 victory over the Toronto Raptors. Doncic recorded 45 points, 15 rebounds, six assists, five steals, and eight three-pointers, becoming the first player in NBA history to achieve at least 15 rebounds, five assists, five steals, and five three-pointers in a single game.
Doncic also became just the third player since 1960 to score at least 225 points through the first six games of a season, joining Michael Jordan and Wilt Chamberlain. Lakers head coach JJ Redick, center Walker Kessler, and Raptors coach Darko Rajakovic all commended Doncic for his defensive effort and conditioning following the performance.
