Andre Drummond's play has been up and down over four games, but he had a solid game on Tuesday.

Writer Kenny Kluska highlights Andre Drummond's fluctuating early performances as the New York Knicks' backup center. Drummond recorded a first-half double-double in the season opener against Philadelphia but was subsequently benched for the second half against the Orlando Magic by head coach Mike Brown due to poor transition defense, leading to playing time for James Wiseman.
Drummond rebounded on Tuesday against the Detroit Pistons, posting 10 points, eight rebounds, and a plus-16 rating in 14 minutes. Kluska argues that Drummond's inconsistent start raises questions about whether he can solidify the backup role or keep the Knicks evaluating their center depth throughout the season.
