Cameras Catch Jalen Brunson’s NSFW Outburst During Knicks-Timberwolves After Collision With Rudy Gobert

Jalen Brunson had an NSFW outburst during a preseason game between the New York Knicks and Minnesota Timberwolves after being called for a flopping violation following contact with Rudy Gobert. The exchange occurred in the first quarter, with cameras capturing Brunson visibly venting his frustration at the officials' decision. The Timberwolves were awarded a technical free throw as a result.

Despite the controversy, Brunson went on to lead the Knicks with 20 points, though Minnesota ultimately secured a 122-104 victory. The article notes that Brunson has previously faced accusations of flopping, but his supporters argue that his high-contact playing style naturally leads to frequent collisions.
