Two Veteran Players Could Join Knicks Roster Before Opening Night

The New York Knicks are reportedly considering veteran forward Bruce Brown and center James Wiseman for their final roster spot before opening night. Insider James Edwards noted that Brown is a safe bet to join the team eventually, while Wiseman has emerged as a frontrunner during the preseason. Wiseman recently impressed as a starter against the Raptors, recording 18 points and 10 rebounds.

With only one open roster spot remaining, the Knicks must decide between adding wing depth with Brown or bolstering their frontcourt with Wiseman or Tony Bradley. The organization intends to maintain financial flexibility by prioritizing low-risk, minimum-level free agent signings to complement their championship-winning core.
