Philadelphia 76ers head coach Nick Nurse admitted his team lacked energy, movement and offensive execution after Friday's 119-95 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Philadelphia 76ers head coach Nick Nurse admitted his team lacked energy, movement, and offensive execution following a 119-95 defeat to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday. Philadelphia struggled heavily on offense, shooting only 36.5% from the field and 10 of 40 from three-point range. Joel Embiid was limited to six points and seven rebounds after missing all nine of his field-goal attempts amid Cleveland's crowded defensive coverage.
Nurse noted that poor spacing and lack of cutting hampered the offense, while Cleveland capitalized with transition opportunities led by Donovan Mitchell's 23 points and eight assists. Despite falling behind late in the third quarter, Nurse praised reserve Jabari Walker's bench performance. Nurse confirmed the team has not discussed resting Embiid for their upcoming road game against the Chicago Bulls.
