The star Thunder big man underwent a “biological treatment” for a small patellar tendon tear.

Oklahoma City Thunder star Chet Holmgren is expected to miss 8 to 10 weeks after undergoing biological treatment for a small patellar tendon tear. According to ESPN, Holmgren initially felt discomfort in his knee during a game against the Los Angeles Clippers and has since missed two consecutive contests.
Holmgren's absence intensifies a severe wave of injuries for Oklahoma City. Teammates Jalen Williams and Cason Wallace also suffered serious, potentially season-ending injuries during the same Clippers matchup, joining Alex Caruso, Nikola Topic, and Thomas Sorber on the sidelines.
