Jalen Williams Took Pleasure In Lakers Fans’ Misery After Thunder Eliminated Them From 2026 Playoffs

Oklahoma City Thunder forward Jalen Williams revealed he enjoyed watching Los Angeles Lakers fans react on social media during the Thunder's 2026 playoff elimination of Los Angeles. Speaking on the 'Young Man and the Three' podcast alongside teammate Ajay Mitchell and host Tommy Alter, Williams stated that while he was sidelined with a hamstring injury, he regularly checked Twitter to view the frustration of Lakers supporters.

Mitchell excelled during the series, averaging 22.5 points, 6.0 assists, and 3.0 rebounds per game while shooting 56.3 percent from the field. Mitchell later suffered a right soleus strain during the Western Conference Finals against the San Antonio Spurs, which sidelined him after Game 3 and hampered Oklahoma City's postseason run.
