A familiar finish in a new uniform gave Philadelphia fans an early look at the connection between James and Tyrese Maxey
LeBron James connected with Tyrese Maxey for a transition alley-oop dunk during the Philadelphia 76ers' Blue x White Scrimmage on October 3. The 41-year-old forward displayed his athleticism ahead of his 24th NBA season, giving Philadelphia supporters their first live look at the duo linking up in Sixers uniforms at Xfinity Mobile Arena.
James previously identified Maxey as a primary reason for signing with Philadelphia following eight seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers. During the scrimmage, James and Maxey featured on the Blue team alongside Joel Embiid, Jaylen Brown, and VJ Edgecombe as the franchise prepares to pursue an NBA championship.
