The Sacramento Kings need to reward the hard work and contributions of Jonathan Mogbo right now, not down the line.

Writer Ian Goodwillie argues that the Sacramento Kings should convert Jonathan Mogbo's two-way contract into a full NBA deal. After signing with Sacramento following two seasons with the Toronto Raptors, Mogbo has impressed during Summer League and preseason action. Goodwillie suggests the Kings should utilize their final open main roster spot on the forward ahead of the upcoming regular season.
Through two preseason appearances, Mogbo recorded 24 points, 15 rebounds, and seven steals while shooting 60.7% from the field. He posted positive plus-minus ratings in contests against both the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors, leading Goodwillie to urge Sacramento to secure him immediately.
