Carter Bryant has revealed just how extreme his offseason routine became as the San Antonio Spurs forward looked to make a leap in his second NBA season.
San Antonio Spurs forward Carter Bryant revealed he adopted an intense offseason routine inspired by Kobe Bryant, frequently working out four to five times a day. Bryant's schedule began at 4 a.m. and involved making over 1,000 shots daily as he aimed to make a significant leap ahead of his second NBA season.
The 20-year-old scored 16 points in a 123-103 preseason win over the Phoenix Suns following an ankle injury. Teammate De'Aaron Fox and coach Mitch Johnson both noted Bryant's increased confidence and shooting improvements heading into the new season.
