Knicks Bring Equalizer for Victor Wembanyama Ahead of Training Camp

The New York Knicks have officially signed 6-foot-11 center N’Faly Dante to an Exhibit 10 contract ahead of training camp. The move addresses frontcourt depth following the offseason departure of Mitchell Robinson to the Boston Celtics and backup Ariel Hukporti. Dante, a 24-year-old center who has appeared in eight NBA games, previously had stints with the Houston Rockets and Atlanta Hawks.

Dante is recovering from a torn right ACL suffered with the College Park Skyhawks and underwent season-ending surgery. He is not expected to be cleared for basketball activities by opening night, but the Exhibit 10 deal allows New York to manage his rehabilitation.
