After leading the Knicks to their first NBA championship in 53 years, Jalen Brunson had the honor of hosting the 52nd season premiere of "Saturday Night Live."
New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson hosted the Season 52 premiere of Saturday Night Live at 30 Rockefeller Center. During his opening monologue, the reigning NBA Finals MVP brought four of his Knicks teammates—Karl-Anthony Towns, Mikal Bridges, O.G. Anunoby, and Josh Hart—into the spotlight from the audience.
The monologue also featured longtime cast member Kenan Thompson portraying ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith, with Brunson quipping that Smith owed him an apology. Brunson additionally joked about avoiding singing and expressed his eagerness to return to Madison Square Garden.
