The Warriors trailed by 25. They won by 17 points. No NBA team had ever done that in the play-by-play era.
Stephen Curry led the Golden State Warriors to a 112-95 comeback victory over the Los Angeles Lakers in an NBA Cup matchup at Chase Center. Golden State rallied from a 25-point deficit, highlighted by a memorable sequence where Curry crossed over Luka Dončić to hit a 3-pointer.
Dončić scored 37 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and distributed five assists in the loss. Despite the Lakers building a dominant lead early in the game, the Warriors tied the score by halftime and outplayed Los Angeles through the second half.
