The NBA concluded its inquiry regarding outside endorsement deals during Leonard's tenure with the Los Angeles Clippers. The league penalized Los Angeles with a $30 million fine, five forfeited first-round picks, and a one-year suspension for owner Steve Ballmer, while Leonard was fined $700,000.
