Tyler Kolek — who questioned Taylor Swift’s Knicks fandom during an NBA 2K League livestream — may never, ever, ever hear the end of it from Swifties.

New York Knicks guard Tyler Kolek took responsibility for questioning pop star Taylor Swift's fandom following a 109-97 victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Kolek had previously called Swift performative during a livestream, which led to teasing from his teammates. Following the game, Knicks players, led by Jalen Brunson, played Swift's music in the locker room to playfully mock the second-year guard.
Kolek explained that he misspoke and admitted he was unaware of Swift's past attendance at Knicks games. The organization had earlier released a statement affirming Swift's long-standing support for the team after the initial comments surfaced.
