The Warriors’ season is not beginning as hoped.
The Golden State Warriors dropped to an 0-3 start for the first time in Stephen Curry's career following a 131-122 loss to the Phoenix Suns on Saturday night. Devin Booker led the Suns with 43 points, while Miles Bridges contributed 16 points to secure Phoenix's fifth straight home-opener victory.
Playing their third game in four days, the short-handed Warriors rested multiple starters on the second night of a back-to-back. Stephen Curry sat out with a right knee issue, while Draymond Green, Brandin Podziemski, and Al Horford were all sidelined due to lower back issues.
