Luka Doncic sent the Lakers into halftime on a high note with a perfect heave from 62 feet away.
Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic drained an impressive 62-foot 3-pointer as time expired in the second quarter against the Sacramento Kings. The long-distance buzzer-beater capped a 23-point first-half performance and helped spark the Lakers after a sluggish shooting start at Golden 1 Center.
Doncic finished the game with 40 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists, leading the Lakers to a 116-103 victory. The win marked his sixth consecutive game scoring at least 35 points, as head coach JJ Redick and the Lakers improved to 7-2 on the season.
