Despite Westbrook announcing his retirement in August after 18 seasons, both former players suggested he still has several years left in the league. Randolph floated the Miami Heat as a potential landing spot for the former MVP.
Randolph revealed he recently spoke with Westbrook's younger brother, Ray, hinting that a return to the NBA could be possible. Westbrook finished his final season with the Sacramento Kings, averaging 15.2 points and 6.7 assists per game. If Westbrook has formally entered the NBA's Voluntarily Retired List, league rules would require unanimous Board of Governors approval to return within one year.
