At first glance, Juszczyk's injury looked to possibly be a season-ender. In the end, the 49ers only missed the 10-time Pro Bowler for one game.

San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk has been cleared to return for Monday night's game against the Washington Commanders after missing just one contest. The 33-year-old suffered a hyperextended knee two weeks ago that was initially feared to be season-ending, but head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed his remarkably fast recovery on Saturday.
While Juszczyk returns, the 49ers will remain without defensive end Nick Bosa due to a calf strain, alongside injured contributors Deebo Samuel, Garret Wallow, and Marques Sigle. Meanwhile, the Commanders have ruled out top rusher Jacory Croskey-Merritt with a strained groin, though cornerback Trey Amos is expected to return from injured reserve.
