GLENDALE — A four-game skid, the trade of a former No. 4 overall pick and another underwhelming performance Sunday have many Arizona Cardinals fans saying it’s time for the club to play rookie quarterback Carson Beck.
Arizona Cardinals supporters are calling for rookie quarterback Carson Beck to play following a four-game losing streak. Veteran starter Jacoby Brissett has recorded 1,110 passing yards, nine touchdowns, and five interceptions through five games, but his recent inconsistency has sparked widespread frustration among fans following Kyler Murray's offseason departure.
Head coach Mike LaFleur indicated the team will discuss elevating Beck from his emergency quarterback role to the active roster on Tuesday. While LaFleur has not officially announced a change at starting quarterback, discussions continue as Arizona looks to reverse its early-season struggles.
