Arizona Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur praised wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. following the team's 36-30 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Harrison caught three passes for 40 yards in Week 3, marking an improvement after managing just one catch across the first two games. LaFleur noted that Harrison responded well and effectively reached his spots in intermediate coverage.
Harrison served as the first read on 15.2% of routes against San Francisco, compared to 4.5% over the opening two weeks. The Cardinals offense, currently led by quarterback Jacoby Brissett, continues to work toward establishing better passing chemistry with Harrison following his injury-impacted 2025 campaign.
