The San Francisco 49ers have signed former Atlanta Falcons wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge to their practice squad. The move comes as San Francisco faces mounting injuries at the wide receiver position. San Francisco added Hodge to bolster depth with Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel dealing with injuries, while Demarcus Robinson and De'Zhaun Stribling are on Injured Reserve. Hodge played four seasons for the Falcons from 2022 to 2025, earning a Pro Bowl selection in 2024 for his special teams play.
