The Green Bay Packers are without running back Josh Jacobs and pass rusher Micah Parsons for their Week 3 Thursday Night Football matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Jacobs is sidelined while placed on the Commissioner's Exempt List due to an ongoing NFL Personal Conduct Policy investigation following off-field legal issues. Running backs Kaleb Johnson, Marshawn Lloyd, and Chris Brooks are expected to step up in his absence.
Meanwhile, Parsons is not playing as he continues to recover from a torn ACL and meniscus suffered during the 2025 season. The Packers placed him on the physically unable to perform list to start the season, requiring him to miss at least the first four games.
