During a speech in Baltimore announcing a submarine shipyard project, President Donald Trump sent a public message to Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson via cornerback Marlon Humphrey. Trump told Humphrey to say hello to Jackson, noted the quarterback's recent injury, and shared that he has met Jackson's mother, Felicia Jones, multiple times in Palm Beach.
Jackson suffered a left ankle sprain during the Ravens' 24-18 victory against the Tennessee Titans on October 4. His playing status for the upcoming game against the Atlanta Falcons remains uncertain. Jackson has led the Ravens to a 3-1 start this season, recording six passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown.
